Apart from our specialisation in EI&C technology, we cover the complete spectrum of electrical engineering: data and telecommunications, power supply up to 30kV, electrical building equipment, maintenance, repair and DGUV testing, as well as functional safety management (SIL).
We are the right partner to handle your projects big and small, smoothly and on-schedule, even under deadline pressure and whilst the plant is still in operation. Our many years of experience, well-trained personnel and safety awareness enable us to meet the highest quality standards. This is shown by our accident figures, which are well below the industry average. The sustainability of our industrial solutions is also proven by both the EcoVadis rating and the TFS audit.
Electrical installation consists of the specialised assembly and commissioning of measurement, control and regulation systems on-site. This includes installing an appropriate cabling system as well as the piping and tubing of control valves and transmitters, the installation of bus structures and professional calibration, adjustment and standard-compliant testing of the system.
You can rely on the experience and expertise of our construction and project managers in all of these tasks. Detailed measurement and test reporting will ensure transparency and safety from commissioning to plant maintenance.
EI&C engineering for W.L. Gore & Associates GmbH fluoropolymer plant at Gendorf Chemical Park
Kreutzpointner-Industrietechnik designed the EI&C technology for the new W.L. Gore & Associates GmbH fluoropolymer production facility at the Gendorf Chemical Park. The Kreutzpointner Industrial Engineering division was able to successfully fulfil the order, thanks to their flexibility in accommodating the modifications and adaptations to the end customer’s processes which were necessary in the course of the project, and in completing installations for various domestic and overseas PU suppliers.
Burghausen chemical facility – "Nordwerk project"
Over a four-year construction period, process control system (PCS) cabinets for over 100 plant units were converted and commissioned in the course of the installation of a new PCS as part of.an extensive modernisation of a large Burghausen-based chemical company’s plant. The obsolete PCS, which was built in the 1960s, is being converted to a new Emerson PCS, in order to bring a total of seven production lines up to the current state-of-the-art and prepare them for “Industry 4.0”.
