In the following we inform you about the circumstances in which we collect data from you and the purpose for which this data is collected, processed or used.

The Kreutzpointner Group takes the protection of your personal data very seriously and handles your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the legal regulations.

Your Data

When visiting our website and each time a file is retrieved, our web server collects logged information about these processes (e.g. browser type, operating system, IP address). We are unable to assign the data collected to a specific natural person.  The data collected is only used for statistical evaluations and to improve our website. However, we reserve the right to review the server log files retrospectively if concrete indications of unlawful use are identified.

 

We store personal data that you have provided us with voluntarily (e.g. in the case of enquiries, online applications) only for as long as it is needed to fulfil the purposes for which this data was provided or as long as it is required by law.

We will not disclose the personal information we collect on your person to any third party without your express consent.

Company Group

Our group of companies consists of legally independent companies offering a uniform range of services with different regional and national orientations.

The protection of personal data is an important corporate principle, especially within our Group.  This is achieved through training, communication and the written commitment to data secrecy and compliance with data protection regulations by all employees and external service providers.

Online job applications

By submitting your application to the Elektro Kreutzpointner Group, you agree that the personal data you have provided may be stored, processed and transmitted to the relevant personnel department for internal use in relation to our application procedure and the activities required for this in the area of application processing, in compliance with all the provisions of data protection law.  This also takes place if no employment relationship is established.

The disclosure of the data to third parties is excluded. Excluded from this is also the disclosure within the Elektro Kreutzpointner Group.

However, we have no influence over the data transport route and the security of the Internet.  Please take this into account when making your decision to transfer information to us over the Internet.

Contacting Us

When contacting us (e.g. using the contact form, email, telephone or via social media) as well as in the context of existing user and business relationships, the information provided by the enquiring persons is processed insofar as it is required to respond to the contact enquiry and any requested measures.  Your first and last name, your request and your email address will be recorded and used.  Further details are optional and are utilised within the scope of our legitimate interest (Art.  6 GDPR (1) (1) (f.)).  Your consent for processing the data is obtained during the submission process and reference is made to this Privacy Policy.  A disclosure to third parties is excluded.

Right to information

According to EU-GDPR Art.15, you have the right to information about the data stored about your person, its origin and recipient, as well as the purpose of its storage at any time.  You also have the right to correct, delete and block your data. In such cases, please contact our data protection officer.

Cookies

When you visit one of our websites, information is stored on your computer in the form of a cookie. Cookies are small text files that are sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service from Google Inc. ("Google").  Google Analytics uses what are known as cookies, which are small text files that are stored on your computer that facilitate the analysis of how you use our website.  The information generated by the cookie on how you use our website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.  If IP anonymisation is enabled on this website, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google, if it is located within the member states of the European Union or other parties to the agreement on the European Economic Area. YouTube Videos

The Kreutzpointner Group website uses videos from YouTube, which is a website operated by Google.  The website is operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.

If you visit one of our websites (e.g. Swyx) that has a YouTube plug-in enabled, you will be connected to YouTube’s servers.  When you are logged into your YouTube account while you access the website,, you are allowing YouTube to map your web surfing behaviour.  You can prevent this, for example, by logging out of your account. We use YouTube to show product and information videos that relate to the Kreutzpointner Group. This constitutes a legitimate interest in terms of Art.  6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Validity

The Privacy Policy is valid as of 08/05/2018. In view of the ongoing technical developments in the field of IT technology and IT law, we reserve the right to make additions or changes to this Privacy Policy.
