SGF Waldkraiburg – Project 2020: Building services engineering & switchgear construction for Industry 4.0 capability

SGF Waldkraiburg is an important and innovative technology company in the automotive and industrial sectors and is located in the Mühldorf district. The new construction to merge and expand the existing plant in Waldkraiburg with an integrated and modern logistics centre meets all the prerequisites for Industry 4.0 capability and represents SGF's largest investment in its company history to date. Elektro Kreutzpointner’s Building Services and Switchgear Construction divisions provided the entire range of future-proofed electrical equipment for this major project, which was completed in summer 2016.

Netto logistics center, Erharting: Complete power supply system with sub-distribution boards

In a very short construction period of only a few months spanning 2014-15, up to 50 Kreutzpointner building services technicians completed the electrical installations for the new 42,000 m2 Netto logistics centre in Erharting (Altötting district). Around 250 km of cable and wiring runs, 2,400 lights and 1,100 data connections were installed, as well as the electrical supply for a 30 m tall high bay warehouse. Kreutzpointner’s Switchgear Construction division manufactured and installed 25 sub-distribution boards.

Raitenhaslach Abbey – renovation and conversion into Technical University of Munich Science & Study Center

Elektro Kreutzpointner provided considerable support for a new vision for the Science & Study Center Raitenhaslach near Burghausen as a unique seminar centre based on monastic tradition and excellent research: From May 2014 to May 2016, Elektro Kreutzpointner equipped the entire former "Prelate’s Wing” of the abbey complex, including the baroque ceremonial hall, the “Steinerner Saal”, with a complete electrical system.

Altötting health centre and specialist medical centre: complete high and low voltage electrical infrastructure

Kreutzpointner’s Building Services division designed all the high and low voltage electrical infrastructure for the newly constructed €25 million health centre and specialist medical centre (“DiFaz”) at the Altötting (Bavaria) district clinic. The municipal client benefited from Kreutzpointner's many years of expertise in sensitive medical facilities: around 30 hospitals have been equipped with Kreutzpointner building services technology over the last five years.

State-of-the-art fire station for the Gendorf Chemical Park

After an approximately 21-month construction period and an investment of almost €10 million, the new fire station at the Gendorf Chemical Park was put into operation in autumn 2014. As a long-standing service partner of Gendorf Chemical Park, Kreutzpointner’s Electrical Engineering division was responsible for the general electrical engineering and switchgear construction works on behalf of InfraServ Gendorf.

High and low voltage supply for the Augsburg Technology Center

The Augsburg Technology Center (Technologiezentrum Augsburg, TZA) is the heart of the “Augsburg Innovation Park". In 2015, the Building Services Engineering department of Kreutzpointner’s branch office in Munich and Kreutzpointner’s Switchgear Construction division were commissioned by the Augsburg Society for Urban Development and Property Management (AGS) to provide all services related to high and low voltage installations.

For BUHLMANN Group: building services engineering for central steel tubing warehouse

In 2016, the BUHLMANN GROUP opened a new central warehouse on the Lindach industrial estate in Burghausen/Bavaria with more than 8,000 m2 of floor space. Elektro Kreutzpointner’s Building Services division was commissioned to provide the high and low voltage power supply systems. The installation of fire alarm, intruder detection, video monitoring and access control systems was also included.

TH Ingolstadt: building services engineering for an additional 9,700 m² of main usable space in three construction units

An extra 9,700 m2 of main floor space was created for the Technical University of Ingolstadt. Elektro Kreutzpointner’s Building Services Engineering division was commissioned for the general electrical engineering, as well as security, communications and network engineering. Kreutzpointner’s Switchgear Construction division also contributed its expertise.

Deutsche Flugsicherung (DFS – German Air Traffic Control), Munich

Collaboration between divisions is becoming increasingly important for the Kreutzpointner Group’s major projects. One example is Deutsche Flugsicherung’s (DFS) new air traffic control centre at Munich Airport. For this project in the high single-digit million range, Kreutzpointner’s Building Services Engineering division coordinated with the Switchgear Construction, Engineering Technology and Telecommunications Engineering divisions, along with an installation team from our Romanian sister company AER.
