> Group of Companies > Management Management In 2007 the current management under the direction of Fritz Kreutzpointner III. took over the central management of the Elektro Kreutzpointner group of companies. As the threefold European champion the former automobile racer and companion of Michael Schumacher knows from his own experience how important a first-class team is in order to achieve success. And he knows how to get an engine up to maximum performance. This knowledge in compliance with the demand to continuously develop further in one’s own enterprise drove Fritz Kreutzpointner III. – along with the long-time managing director Gerhard Schachner, Helmut Haberl and Florian Schneider at his side – to interpret both, the management philosophy as well as the management style, in a completely new way: Away from the usual classic chain of command to a modern, team-orientated enterprise with a maximum of transparency and enthusiasm in all areas – that’s the new philosophy. This resulted in visible success that could be seen in the positive business development and the change in the corporate culture. Clearly defined management structures create a flat hierarchy and a short decision making process within the group of companies. Each of the more than 500 employees receives a high degree of personal appreciation, a maximum of trust and freedom in carrying out jobs within the frame of his tasks to become an indispensable part of a well-rehearsed and interdisciplinary acting team. All administration and project teams are allocated to specific areas. These are headed independently by technical managers, who directly report to the corporate management. From here they receive clearly defined strategy and set targets and permanent support through a central, commercial project controlling. So, all involved persons work interdisciplinarily in the background for the benefit of our customers and make sure that they always have the same contact person in all technical matters.
